Space listing information: Details about spaces, assets, or platforms you submit for listing, including descriptions, locations, capacity, pricing, photos, and contact information.
Automatically collected information: We may collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs through third-party analytics tools.
We use the information we collect to operate and improve TMI, including to create anonymized listings from space submissions, match brands with spaces, facilitate introductions between parties, send you updates about your listings or waitlist status, and improve our platform and services.
We take the confidentiality of your information seriously. Space owner identities, company names, and contact information are never publicly displayed. Listings are anonymized before being shown to prospective brands. Contact information is only shared with a brand after the space owner has explicitly approved the introduction.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances: with brands or agencies when you have approved an introduction, with service providers who help us operate our platform (such as hosting and email services), or when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Your information is stored securely using industry-standard cloud services. We retain your information for as long as your account or listing is active, or as needed to provide you with our services.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You may also request that we remove your space listing from our platform.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience and analyze site traffic. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
